Critical Monitoring Parameters™

Monitoring parameters are chosen for each server and instance of WebSphere under our control. Proactive Monitoring Center specialists carefully select the parameters according to a proprietary process designed to identify those critical indicators that help us best predict and prevent availability and performance problems. The selected parameters are monitored and the data returned from these monitoring checks are fed into our patent-pending Predictive Algorithm Engine™. The diagram below shows how the CMPs relate to the servers and instances when applicable.
