Everything we do is governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). WebSphere Experts custom tailors a SLA with each client at the beginning of the sales process. You describe the tasks, frequency and service levels to be expected from our team.
The document specifies the services that dictate our service delivery activities throughout the life-cycle of the relationship. The SLA includes mutually agreed upon performance parameters and expectations for both parties.
